Family S.T.E.A.M. Night: A Fun Night of S.T.E.M. and Art
LLE students and their families gathered to engage in many standards-based, hands-on activities for our STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) Family Night. Having hands-on activities allowed our students to explore and make connections with what they are learning in class. This event was organized and spearheaded by Dr. Lateasha Harris to spark students' interest in the STEM fields. There is a growing demand for these jobs and we want our students to be prepared for them.
